  • 1 Lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1 Green Pepper, diced
  • 1 Clove Fresh Garlic, chopped
  • 4 Oz. Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 12 Oz. Jar Prepared Thai Curry
  • 1/2 Can Coconut Milk (13.5 oz can)
  • 1 Cup Instant Rice (uncooked)

Additional Items Needed:
  • Microwave Safe Bowl
  • Microwave-Safe Cover


Place all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.

Mix thoroughly and cover with a microwave-safe cover.
