Thai Chicken Curry *Gluten-Free*
Additional Items Needed:
- 1 Lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 Green Pepper, diced
- 1 Clove Fresh Garlic, chopped
- 4 Oz. Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 12 Oz. Jar Prepared Thai Curry
- 1/2 Can Coconut Milk (13.5 oz can)
- 1 Cup Instant Rice (uncooked)
- Microwave Safe Bowl
- Microwave-Safe Cover
Place all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
Mix thoroughly and cover with a microwave-safe cover.
Caution! The dish will be hot.
Use a thermometer to confirm that microwave foods have cooked to safe temperatures of greater than 165º F
