Stuffing *Vegetarian Optional*

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups White Bread, cubed
  • 2 Cups Brown Bread (Pumpernickel/Rye), cubed
  • 1/4 Cup Pecans, chopped
  • 1 Cup Chicken or Vegetable Stock
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Onion, diced
  • ½ Cup Celery, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Sage, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper


Additional Items Needed:
  • 2 Quart Microwave-Safe Bowl
  • Plastic Wrap

Before:
Add the white bread, brown bread, chicken or vegetable stock, butter, onion, pecans, celery, sage, rosemary, salt & pepper to the microwave-safe bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Cover tightly with plastic wrap.

After:
Stir.


Serves: 6
Notes:
Caution! The dish will be hot.

In order to make this dish vegetarian use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth.
