Steamed Shrimp and Tomatoes *Gluten-Free*
Additional Items Needed:
- 12 Peeled Size 26-30 Shrimp
- 4 Oz. Grape Tomatoes
- 4 Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. White Wine
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Microwavable Steam Cooking Bag (We used Ziploc Zip'n Steam Medium Bags)
Place all ingredients in a microwave steam cooking bag.
Caution! The dish will be hot.
Use a thermometer to confirm that microwave foods have cooked to safe temperatures of greater than 160º F
