Spiced Nuts *Vegetarian* *Gluten-Free*
Additional Items Needed:
- 1 Egg White
- ½ Tsp. Salt
- ½ Tbsp. White Sugar
- ½ Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- ½ Tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tsp. Seasoning Salt
- ½ Cup Whole Roasted Almonds
- ½ Cup Whole Roasted Cashews
Whip egg white until firm.
Add the salt, white sugar, brown sugar, black pepper, cinnamon, cayenne and seasoning salt and mix until combined.
Stir in nuts until coated evenly.
Spread out on the 8x8 glass dish.
Place in microwave. Enter code. Press start.
When prompted by the microwave to "Follow package instructions", stir nuts to break apart.
Place back in microwave and press start.
Allow nuts to cool fully before enjoying.
Caution! The dish will be hot.
Use a thermometer to confirm that microwave foods have cooked to safe temperatures of greater than 165º F
