Spaghetti Squash *Vegan* *Gluten-Free*

Spaghetti Squash *Vegan* *Gluten-Free*


  • 1.5-2 Lb Whole Spaghetti Squash
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, Olive Oil or Margarine
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp. Red Pepper

Additional Items Needed:
  • 8x8 Microwave Safe Dish
  • Plastic Wrap
  • Pastry Brush


Cut the squash lengthwise in half using the sharp knife.

Remove the seeds.

Brush the inside of the squash with olive oil, margarine or butter. Season with salt & pepper.

Place the squash cut side down in the microwave-safe dish.

Cover with plastic wrap.

Let the squash cool for 10 minutes.

Scrape out the noodles with a fork.

Serves: 2
Caution! The dish will be hot.
