Shrimp and Sausage Skewers *Gluten-Free*
Additional Items Needed:
- 6 Peeled 26-30 Size Shrimp
- 6 Slices Andouille Sausage, cut 1/4 inch thick
- 1 Bell Pepper, cut into 6 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 Red Onion, cut into 6 1 inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
- 1/4 Tsp. Seasoning Salt
- 8x8 Microwave-Safe Glass Dish
- 6 Bamboo Skewers
- Plastic Wrap
Skewer the pepper, sausage. onion, and shrimp.
Place the six skewers in the 8x8 glass dish.
Mix together the butter and seasoning salt, brush the skewers with the mixture.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap.
Allow to cool for one to two minutes before serving.
Caution! The dish will be hot.
Use a thermometer to confirm that microwave foods have cooked to safe temperatures of greater than 165º F
