Pineapple Upside Down Cake *Vegetarian*

Pineapple Upside Down Cake *Vegetarian*

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 3 Ring Slices, Canned Pineapple
  • 2 Cups Prepared Yellow Cake Mix Batter
  • 1/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 3 Maraschino Cherries



Additional Items Needed:
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Mastrad Loaf Pan
  • Canola Oil Spray

Before:
Coat inside of the loaf pan with canola oil spray.

Mix the butter and dark brown sugar together and spread it evenly on the bottom of the loaf pan.

Place 3 pineapple rings over butter/sugar mixture.

Place a maraschino cherry in the middle of each ring.

Pour 2 cups of yellow cake batter over the pineapple and cherries.

After:
Allow to rest for 15 minutes. Then turn over onto a large plate.
