Pecan Pie *Vegetarian*

Ingredients:

  • 9 Frozen Pie Crust
  • 1 Cup Karo Syrup
  • I Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Large Eggs, Beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. Margarine or Butter
  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 1½ Cups Pecan Halves


Additional Items Needed:
  • 9 Microwavable Pie Dish, buttered
  • Medium Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk

Before:
Remove the pie crust from its metal pan and place into the buttered microwave-safe pie dish.

During:
In the medium mixing bowl mix together the beaten eggs, butter/margarine, brown sugar, Karo syrup, vanilla, salt & pecans.

When prompted to "Follow Package Instructions", pour into the pre-cooked pie crust.

After:
Allow to cool for 2 hours.


Serves: 6

Caution! The dish will be hot.
