Herb Roasted Turkey Breast
Additional Items Needed:
- 2-2.5 Lb. Fresh Half Turkey Breast, skin on
- 2 Tbsp. Thyme, chopped
- ½ Cup Shallots, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Butter, softened
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp. Pepper
- 8x8 Microwave Safe Baking Dish
- Mixing Bowl
- Plastic Wrap
Rinse and pat dry turkey breast, set aside.
In the mixing bowl combine butter, thyme, shallots, garlic, salt & pepper. Mix until well combined.
Place turkey breast skin side up in the 8x8 dish.
Top turkey breast liberally with butter herb mixture.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
Caution! The dish will be hot.
Use a thermometer to confirm that microwave foods have cooked to safe temperatures of greater than 165º F
