Herb Roasted Chicken *Gluten-Free*

Herb Roasted Chicken *Gluten-Free*


  • 2½ to 3 Lb. Whole Roasting Chicken
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme and/or Sage, chopped
  • 1 Tsp. Paprika
  • ½ Tbsp. Pepper
  • ½ Tbsp. Salt

Additional Items Needed:
  • Plastic Wrap
  • 2 Qt. Microwave-Safe Bowl
  • Plastic Wrap
  • 8x8 Microwave-Safe Baking Dish


Wash and dry the chicken.

Place the chicken in the baking dish or bowl.

Coat the chicken with olive oil, herbs and pepper, pepprika & salt.

Cover with plastic wrap & place in the microwave.

Serves: 3
Caution! The dish will be hot.

Use a thermometer to confirm that microwave foods have cooked to safe temperatures of greater than 165º F
