Garden Herb Pork Loin *Gluten-Free*
Additional Items Needed:
- 1.25 -1.5 Lb. Pork Tenderloin
- 1 Cup Beef Stock
- 8 Oz. Mushrooms, sliced
- ½ Cup Onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme
- 1/4 Cup Sundried Tomatoes, sliced into strips
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Pepper
- 8x8 Glass Dish
- Plastic Wrap
Cut the Tenderloin in half.
Coat the tenderloin with the thyme, salt, and pepper and place it in the 8x8 glass dish.
Evenly distribute the rest of the ingredients around the pork.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in microwave.
Allow to rest covered on the counter for 5 min. then slice the pork loin.
Caution! The dish will be hot.
Use a thermometer to confirm that microwave foods have cooked to safe temperatures of greater than 165º F
