Fudge *Vegetarian*

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (use good quality chips)
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 2 Cans Condensed Milk (14 Oz. cans)
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Cup Pecans or Walnuts


Additional Items Needed:
  • Microwave-Safe Bowl
  • 8x8 Baking Dish
  • Pan Spray
  • Aluminum Foil (NEVER PUT IN MICROWAVE)

Before:
In the microwave-safe bowl, mix together semi-sweet chocolate chips, butter, condensed milk and salt.

DO NOT COVER THE BOWL.

After:
Spray the aluminum foil with pan spray.

Line the 8x8 baking dish with the greased aluminum foil.

Gently stir in the vanilla and nuts and pour mixture into the 8x8 dish lined with greased aluminum foil.

Cool in the fridge uncovered.


Serves: 8

Caution! The dish will be hot.
