Croissant Bread Pudding *Vegetarian*
Additional Items Needed:
- 4 Oz. Croissants, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 Cup Cream
- 1 Cup Milk
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Butter, melted
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
- Mixing Bowl
- 8x8 Microwave-Safe Dish
- Whisk or Hand Mixer
In a bowl whisk together the milk, cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
Add the croissants to the mixture and soak until the croissants have absorbed all the liquid.
Place the melted butter in the microwave-safe dish then place the croissant mixture and chocolate chips in the dish.
Allow to cool for 20 min before serving.
Caution! The dish will be hot.
