Cod with Lima Beans *Gluten-Free*
Additional Items Needed:
- 1 6 Oz. Fillet Cod
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Sun Dried Tomato, cut into strips
- 1 Lemon, sliced 1/4 inch
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Baby Lima Beans
- 2 Tbsp. White Wine
- ½ Tbsp. Salt
- ½ Tbsp. Pepper
- Microwave Steamer Bag (We used Ziploc Zip'n Steam Medium Bags)
Place all ingredients in the microwave steamer bag.
Allow to rest in bag for 2 min.
Caution! The dish will be hot.
Use a thermometer to confirm that microwave foods have cooked to safe temperatures of greater than 160º F
