Caramel Apples *Vegetarian*
Additional Items Needed:
- 2 Cups Caramels
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 4 Large Apples
- Medium Size Microwave-Safe Bowl
- Wooden Popsicle Sticks (4)
- Wooden Spoon
- Wax Paper
- Microwave-Safe Plastic Wrap
Wash and dry the apples.
Insert a popsicle stick into the stem end of apple to center depth.
Place the apples on a sheet of wax paper.
In the microwave-safe bowl add caramels and water.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the microwave.
Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir the melted caramel with the wooden spoon.
Dip apples into caramel and swirl until coated.
Place on wax paper and refrigerate for one hour.
Caution! The caramel will be hot.
