Beef Brisket with Onions

Ingredients:

  • 2-2.5 Lb. Beef Brisket, trimmed
  • 1¾ Cups Chicken Stock
  • 1 Medium Onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper


Additional Items Needed:
  • 8X8 Microwave-Safe Baking Dish
  • Plastic Wrap

Before:
Add the brisket fat side down to the 8x8 microwave safe dish. Season with salt and pepper then add the onion, garlic and stock.

Cover tightly with plastic wrap.

During:
When prompted to "follow package instructions", flip the brisket over.

Re-cover with plastic wrap.


Serves: 4
Notes:
Caution! The dish will be hot.

Use a thermometer to confirm that microwave foods have cooked to safe temperatures of greater than 165º F
